Teak investments with Panama Teak Forestry

Panama Teak forestry is a group of investors that are interested in the opportunity the timber investments offers and was set up to maximize the ease and returns that can be archived with teak investments. It is a company that allows all the share holders to participate in all income streams that can be obtained from approaching the timber industry with a whole land management concept for maximum conservation of the soil and land while maximizing long term profits. It is set up as a standard public company with each investors owning share of the whole company.

Presently we are looking to raise $10 million which will be used to purchase land of which 1,200 hectares will be planted over 3 years starting in 2009. This funding will be used to purchase the land, and fund management activities through year 7 at which time cash flow from our existing teak and other income streams will cover all management expenses. The annualized long term ROI on the purchase of shares is estimated to be 15% based on a conservative 3% inflationary increase in timber prices. Share price shall be set at $900 for 6 monthsor untill the first $8 million is raised at which time share price will go to $1,000.
Minimum investment required is $50,000 and is only available to accredited investors. Investment opportunities become available frequently but share price moves up by about 15% per year based in the companies increasing value through the growth of tress. Note: Teak, because of a number of factors, is a very fragmented timber group and it takes time to build a large well managed stand of teak which requires a steady investment over time. Large investments can be made and will have excellent returns but it requires a commitment of steady investment over time. Large investors (over $1million) should contact us to discuss a plan for becoming invested in a sound manner. Investments of $10 million or more can be made over a time frame of one to 2 years.
